Overrating your goals

Overrating your goals:

Sometimes some goals written on paper could be overwhelming. If your goal makes you think that you have a whole lot of scary work to do. If it makes you fear that you may not accomplish it then you should probably cross out that goal and set something simpler. Most people set goals and sit down to wonder how on earth they are going to achieve that goal while time sails them gradually to thier deadline.

When you set goals, you should spend time on research to come up with an achievement plan that works.

When you are able to see a feasible path from where you are presently to your goal on paper. Your mind slowly shifts its concentration from the goal to the achievement plan or system.

When you achieve your goal with this method, you will not feel much relief or surprised. Most successful people follow this method. They really don't get emotional when they do achieve thier goals because they had already achieved it on paper.
